Teamwork is the core characteristic of every great escape room experience. While solving a mission together, players gradually connect, help one another, and along the way someone\u2019s idea, observation skills, practical ability, or some other X-factor inevitably comes to light.\n\nOf course, quality teamwork in a well-designed escape room will not replace professional, targeted skills training for individuals. However, it can certainly \u2014 quickly and effectively \u2014 elevate practical experience, open new perspectives on efficient teamwork in small groups, improve problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strengthen leadership skills.\n\nThis is undoubtedly one of the easier ways to, over time, develop top-tier team players, boost their self-confidence and independent decision-making abilities, and help them overcome obstacles \u2014 or, metaphorically speaking, open any locked door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Than Just Fun<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

*\u201cEscape rooms are not just entertainment \u2014 they\u2019re a unique way to train logical and analytical thinking while strengthening team bonds. For Every Occasion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOver the past two to three months, we\u2019ve hosted a significant number of team-building events \u2014 companies and associations that recognized the potential of Fox in a Box in this area. We offer various solutions and always adapt to our clients\u2019 needs.\n\nFor example, we recently hosted Fortuna Travel, a major global tourism organization connecting Europe and the Far East. They wanted a fully managed team-building experience during their annual gathering in Sarajevo. The challenge was significant: around 40 participants, all wanting to play at the same time, with only two hours available.\n\nFor this special occasion, we partnered with our neighbors \u2014 the Museum of Literature and Performing Arts \u2014 who provided their gallery and museum space. We integrated elements of our portable game into that environment and adapted the game theme accordingly. At the same time, we activated our two regular games, so everyone participated in a shared \u2018secret agent\u2019 mission. Some teams \u2018robbed a bank,\u2019 while others had to \u2018defuse a bomb\u2019 or \u2018hunt down criminals.\u2019\n\nAll of this took place within the museum and gallery setting, where participants could explore exhibits \u2014 and even discover a few \u2018fake\u2019 ones planted as part of the game. *\u201cAfter that, we continued with our portable game The Final Exam, hosting events at various locations as part of already scheduled hotel seminars (Roche\u2013Tar\u010din Forest Resort, Vaillant at SRCA Ajdinovi\u0107i, Red Bull at Termag, and more), as well as directly inside company offices where clients allocated a small room and a bit of time (Klika, East Codes).\n\nFlexibility is the key advantage of portable games \u2014 there\u2019s no need for major resources when organizing a team-building event where people are already gathered. Recently, we hosted a sales team-building for Boreas\u2013Stani\u0107 at Hills. Since we already have a permanent game setup there, we supplemented it with a portable game to increase capacity within a limited timeframe.<\/em>Everyone involved had a top-tier experience that enriched the seminar program. We offer many options, and several companies have already announced their next team-building events with us. *\u201cThe most complete team-building experience is when we arrange for employees to visit our venue on Sime Milutinovi\u0107a Street in smaller groups, according to a prearranged schedule \u2014 usually toward the end of the workday or after hours. People enjoy the authentic atmosphere, and we often organize friendly competitions between teams, rewarding the best one.\n\nOne notable example was the recent team-building event for Walter, which also had a special mission \u2014 helping new employees get to know one another. Sharing a 60-minute mission, whether it\u2019s robbing a bank or passing a secret agent final exam in Mr. Fox\u2019s office, inevitably brings people closer in a unique way.
